As Salam everyone,
I would like to congratulate Anne Dzani, Farhana Hs and Khadi Ib for their elections from the AGM earlier today :) For everyone's information, their positions in BruSurrey for the year 2011-2012 are as President, Vice President and Treasurer respectively. I believed that the 3 of them could develop the society even further, so I'm confident everyone will be in safe hands for next term. However, me and the other committee members will still be holding our positions until this term ends. I will officially terminate my time in the 'hotseat' when I return back for Brunei in June.
Looking back, its been an amazing and rewarding experience. I've got to know almost every Bruneian in Uni of Surrey, worked with almost everyone to make our events come to fruition and many more. Its been a pleasure. I thank you all for the continual support :D May Allah repay everyone for everything you all did to help me and the society. Amin!
Before signing off, I would like to remind everyone that we still have several events up our sleeves. So, keep yourselves updated :) I pray for the success of the new committee! Cheers everybody!
